A gang of unscrupulous Robo-Pirates from deep in space capture and enslave the loving residents of the planet. Only Rayman escapes and he must now free his friends and save his world from the pirate invasion.
This is the 3D follow-up to the original 6 million unit selling Rayman, taking all the great elements of the original and blending them with some new twists and surprises creating a blend of fantastic visuals and non-stop action.
Marauding robot pirates have captured Rayman's peace-loving planet, enslaving the population, and only our super-hero can save the day. Not only that, but the Heart of the World has exploded into 1001 lums - blobs of light scattered throughout the different levels of the game - which Rayman has to collect to complete his mission, but not before battling a succession of bosses and freeing his mates.
This game has just the right balance of 3D puzzle-solving and good, old-fashioned fun which will appeal to gamers who love a cleverly composed cartoon adventure.
