With an entire arsenal of weapons, you'll make it through more than 300 Virtual Reality training missions. Hone your problem-solving skills and develop your deductive reasoning prowess. (NB this is an addon and requires original MGS disc to load)
The range of missions available varies as you progress through the game developing your skills. Most of the tasks only take a minute or two to complete, however, once you have put yourself through the paces in Special Missions, returning to the original MGS (or MGS2 on PS2) will reap rewards. Special Missions is very effective training, from sneaking without weapons to popping diazepam and honing your sniper skills.
The game also contains some very bizarre levels and you get a chance to play the Ninja from MGS and get involved with some of the other characters
