Parcelforce offers a convenient weekday collection service for your parcels.
If you're unable to wait for a courier, Royal Mail provides an alternative drop-off option.
Parcelforce Collection
Parcelforce is our preferred courier for larger/high value quotes and they are extremely reliable.
Weekday parcel collection before 5.30pm within 2 working days throughout most of UK's mainland.
Definite collections are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a 96% success rate.
Please note that Parcelforce will only allow bookings 4 days in advance, so we may email postage
labels to you 1-2 days after you put your quote on. This only applies if you have selected a later collection date.
Parcelforce parcels have a maximum weight of 20kg and a maximum length of 1.2m.
In addition, the combined length and girth must not exceed 2.5m.

Girth is twice the width plus twice the height.
Examples:
80x60x60cm parcel: 80+60+60+60+60 = 320cm, oversized

If you miss the courier collection, you can drop off the parcel at a
Post Office using the same label within 7 days of collection date. See the section below for more details.
Royal Mail Drop Off
Parcelforce parcels can now be dropped at any one of over 12,000 Post Office branches nationwide. This is our preferred courier for
the convenience of dropping off your parcels without having to wait in for a courier.
Print and attach your labels as normal and simply hand over the counter at any Post Office branch.
The friendly Post Office cashier will give you a receipt for each of your parcels.
Parcel delivery within 3 working days and delivered to our HQ by our regular driver.
Please expect a delay in the production of your labels; allow up to 3 office hours for them to be ready.
Depending on your ability to print, labels will be either emailed or mailed to you.
Please use the labels within 7 days of the date printed on them. We advise using them as soon as
possible, as some Post Offices may have less flexible policies.
