Arguably the cutest fire-breathing, bunny-burning character ever, Spyro is embarking upon another scorcher of an escapade, accompanied by his faithful sidekick Sparx. Following hot on the heels of the hugely popular 'Spyro: Year of the Dragon', the pint-sized purple powerhouse is back on the PS2. Enter The Dragonfly takes the well-loved platform adventure formula, and cooks up a few new surprises.

It's the end of the 'Year of the Dragon' festival, and all young dragons are assembling in the Dragon Realms for the arrival of their very own dragonflies. The evil Ripto has been up to his old tricks again, however, and has captured the dragon's winged companions, putting a serious dampener on proceedings. It'll take all the firepower at diminutive Spyro's disposal to reign in the bad guys, and rescue those flighty little bugs.

The gang's all here again, with Spyro's pals on-hand throughout the game to offer tips and support. From Hunter the personal trainer (Spyro's own Mr Motivator, thankfully minus the day-glow Lycra cycle-shorts) to Bianca the helpful sorceress, there's always help to be had if Spyro gets into a sticky situation.
