A true 3D engine lends itself to amazing tilted track layouts and car collisions which are totally realistic. It's incredible how much sharper the graphics look over the original, and the failing of DD in having flat tracks has been eradicated.

Gameplay is tougher but the mentality is exactly the same, with stock car circuits and the demolition arenas (now there are several)
